As 2022 ends, we know we’re not the only ones already looking forward to next year. I’m not referring to work either – I’m talking about our traveling side of life!
We’re planning our budgets and PTOs, and starting to brainstorm places to travel to in 2023. It’s never too early to make a good plan to look forward to!
Earlier this year, we talked about other places to travel like Peru, Mexico, and Ecuador. We spoke about Peru’s gorgeous Andes Mountains, Mexico’s historic “pueblos magicos,” and Ecuador’s break-taking waters in Quilotoa. Now, we’re ready to take on other Latin American countries.

Argentina
All eyes are on Argentina since they won the World Cup this year. Who doesn’t want to be near the excitement and indulge in Lionel Messi’s home country? Besides soccer, Argentina’s known for its empanadas, wine, and overall atmosphere.
Are you into dancing? They got you covered. Or are you more into nature? Argentina’s waterfalls and nature parks will leave you breathless. Some ideas include Argentina’s Iguazú National Park and the Peninsula Valdes – and that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
Costa Rica
Talking about nature, Costa Rica is another spot that’ll leave you wanting more. Why not explore their waterfalls, impressive zip lines, and everything the tropical country offers? Famous waterfalls include La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Volcano, Rio Celeste Waterfall, Guanacaste, and La Paz Waterfall Gardens, Cloud Forest, as mentioned by Costa Rica Experts. This makes for the perfect place for hikers and nature enthusiasts.
Colombia
Coffee, fruits, and fantastic food. Sounds appealing? Colombia’s known for its Arabica coffee, signature foods like bandeja paisa, and “exotic” fruits. Fruits include lulo, granadilla, and tumbo, to name a few. Colombia is also known for its Amazon Rainforest; and, of course, has major cities like Medellin and Bogota that are filled with history.
So, where are we heading to?
